Ryan Serhant, of Million Dollar Listing fame, commissions Kristin Simmons to create customized artwork that merges his experience in the real estate world with his spirited personality. In what has become an almost yearly tradition, Serhant delivers to Simmons a manila envelope filled with his previous year’s commission checks.

Using these checks as a backdrop, Kristin implores her signature style – bold, graphic and colorful – to materialize pieces that provoke thought and elicit conversation.
